Liability, Rules and Insurance

 

You are a valued client and friend, and I want to do everything possible to make your trip enjoyable and worry free. Because the unforeseen and unexpected can occur, I strongly recommend you get World Wide Travel insurance that will cover traveling to Turkey, and to make sure it covers all your individual needs including luggage, hospitalization and flight home in case of illness.

 

Hellebrandrupwellness or Helle Brandrup acts only in the capacity of agents for its passengers in all matters relating to travel, whether by plane Steamship, tender, launch, railway, automobile, carriage, or any other means, and as such holds itself free of responsibility for any delay, loss or accident occasioned by fault or negligence of any person or company entrusted with such service or from whatever cause. Travelers will be subject to the rules and regulations of the transportation companies as outlined in the terms of their contracts.

 

Hellebrandrupwellness or Helle Brandrup accepts no responsibility for additional expenses incurred due to transportation delays, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine or other causes. All such losses or expenses will be borne by the passenger.

Should the management deem it advisable to withdraw the above party´s arrangement before departure for any reason, and return to the traveler all monies paid by them this shall release hellebrandrupwellness from any liability.

 

Cancellation policy:

If I receive notice of your cancellation more than 84 days before departure you will lose your deposit.

If I receive notice of your cancellation between 84 and 64 days before departure you will lose 30% of the cost of your holiday (or loss of deposit if greater).

If I receive notice of your cancellation between 63 and 50 days before departure you will lose 50% of the cost of your holiday.

If I receive notice of your cancellation between 49 and 29 days before departure you will lose 70% of the cost of your holiday.

If I receive notice of your cancellation between 28 and 15 days before departure you will lose 90% of the cost of your holiday.

If I receive notice of your cancellation 14 days or fewer before departure you will lose 100% of the cost of your holiday.

 

If you choose not to have any insurance, Hellebrandrupwellness or Helle Brandrup is not responsible for any problems that might occur, such as loss of paid airfare, delay of flights, loss of items or baggage, getting medicine, being sick, or being hospitalizeds on or before the trip, or cancellation for any reasons. In any of these cases the traveler will release Hellebrandrupwellness or Helle Brandrup from any liability.

 

The ship has double cabins with a queen bed, 2 travelers will share one cabin and bed

Travelers will make a notes every time the get a drink, and pay the last day,( plus tips for the staff) and travelers will follow ships rules while on board

Please make sure your passport is valid for a period of 6 month beyond the date of the travel. 

 

It is mandatory to sign a form with these conditions prior to departure.

In the opposite case you will not be able to travel with Hellebrandrupwellness or Helle Brandrup.
